Registration fees
The registration fee includes admission to the conference, coffee and lunches according to the programme, the welcome reception and gala dinner. A ticket for public transportation in Berlin (fare zones A and B) from 26th to 28th of March 2025 is also included.
Please be aware when registering to the conference as a member of the SVEPM, you must ensure that your membership is up to date. You can check your membership status here.
In case of a new membership, please check that your membership registration is complete before the start of the conference. You can register as a new member here.

Certification
The SVEPM 2025 is recognised with 12 ATF hours in accordance with § 10 of the ATF statutes; this applies only to German veterinarians.
Payment of fees and confirmation
When registering via the online form, direct online payment is possible via our external payment provider Mollie. The following payment methods are offered: Credit card, iDeal. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer. You will find the bank details on the invoice sent to each participant immediately upon completion of online registration. This invoice is also valid for submission to the tax office. The fee is due for payment upon completion of registration. If payment is made 10 working days or more before the start of the event, the transfer receipt must be presented when checking in.
