We invite participants to showcase their research at SVEPM 2025 through a poster presentation. During the registration process, you may indicate if you wish to bring a poster, as well as whether you would like to present your work in a 2-minute poster pitch. Please note that poster display and pitch opportunities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 100 posters selected for display and spots for poster pitches available to the first 25 registrants who opt in.
Poster Price
The three best posters will be awarded a cash prize of 120 euros and a certificate at the annual conference. Four Committee members will judge the posters during the conference and the prizes will be presented by the President at the end of the conference.
